All of my pieces of jewellery are hand crafted and unique. I take every care to ensure that the descriptions and photographic images of my products are representative of the jewellery you receive. However due to the composition and nature of the finishing techniques I use and the way light is captured by photography they may vary slightly from that shown on the website. I cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by your computer system, display or browser software.

My design philosophy embraces natural variations within the patination, colour finishes and surface details I create. No two pieces, including within a set or pair, will be identical. I inspect all items for obvious faults before they leave the studio.



Any item purchased ordered online can be exchanged or refunded as long it remains unworn and in its original condition.

Once I authorise a return it must then be returned back to Coppermoss Jewellery within the 14 days to remain valid for a refund or an exchange.

Only unworn items, in the same condition you received them and in their original packaging may be returned and eligible for exchange or refund. 

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and are advised to return items via a delivery service insured up to the correct value of the goods. Unfortunately I can not issue refunds on items that go missing in the post.

I am unable to accept pierced earrings for refund or exchange due to hygiene reasons.

Specially commissioned pieces are non refundable and also cannot be returned. So please make sure you like it and are happy with the design before ordering and take extra care in specifying sizes eg ring size. (See our guide to commissioning a piece and our size guide here)

To request a return you must contact me at before attempting to return an order. Any items returned without contacting me first may be exempt from receiving a refund.

Once I receive your return, following a thorough check of the item, I will send an email to let you know if a refund has been approved. If approved, credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 working days.
