PACKAGING
Jewellery is individually presented in mossy match boxes and tins. All of our outer packaging is fully recyclable. Some of the boxes are made from part recycled materials and are all fully recyclable. All of which are fully reusable.
DELIVERY SERVICE
Coppermoss Jewellery is a small independent studio. We aim to send you’re your order within 1- 3 working days from placing your order on the website. For commissioned pieces we will give you an estimate of when you can expect to receive your parcel when we accept the commission. Please see details of how to commission a piece here.
Sometimes due to different circumstances we are unable to get to the post office by the next working day. If your delivery is urgent, please contact info@coppermoss.co.uk and we will do our best to ensure your parcel arrives on time.
If you’d like your jewellery to be sent on a specific day for a special occasion, please contact us directly to arrange before ordering.
DELIVERY CHARGES
When you place an order you may have a number of delivery options. We recommend you choose the best method as outlined below:
Recommended for orders up to £50:
- Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for is £4.00 (£5.50 for some larger items) to all UK addresses
You can expect your parcel to arrive 1-5 working days after we post it, it will be insured, and someone will need to sign for it.
Recommended for orders up to £100
- Royal Mail Tracked 24hr & Signed is £6.00 to all UK addresses
Your parcel should arrive 24hrs after we post it, it will be insured, and someone will need to sign for it.
Recommended for orders over £100
- Royal Mail Special Delivery is £7.50 to all UK addresses
Your parcel will arrive by 1pm the following day after we post it, it will be insured, and someone will need to sign for it.
For all international orders to:
- Europe* – International Tracked & Signed £15
- United States – International Tracked & Signed £20
- Rest of the World – International Tracked & Signed £20
Your parcel should arrive 5-7 working days after we post it, it will be insured, and will require a signature upon arrival. For priority shipping oversees please get in touch for a quote.
For international shipping, ALL duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customers.
*Please note that following Brexit, import duty taxes will be due for customers ordering from European countries. As the recipient of the order, you must pay these duties and taxes directly to the courier to release your order from customs. We recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing an order, we are unable to advise the exact amount.
COLLECTION IN PERSON
Orders may be collected from our studio off the High Street, in Wem, Shropshire by appointment only. Please contact us on info@coppermoss.co.uk before ordering.
